What do we do?

We coach executives, philanthropists, boards, value-based leaders, and entrepreneurs in advancing change systemically.

EIP offers 1:1 strategy, design and coaching for accountability practices for leaders and change work towards systems change and equity for initiatives, movements, companies and leaders. We curate learning experiences for leaders and change makers. We host intentional gatherings. Our affiliated orgs are BRIDGE and Changemaker Strategies and welcome more strategic partners.



How do we work?

As we build our skills in equity work and transform our systems and cultures, we stay grounded in authentic leadership and positive psychology… We work from a strengths-based perspective, centering our race, gender, and economic justice lens.

We also engage actively with ideas of emergence and adaptation, making responsive and restorative plans allowing work to change as it must.


The result? 

Equity work is integral to strategic change work, not a lofty goal or a separate, “add on” activity.
